Damage

If your car should be damaged, broken into or if it should be stolen, you need to fill out a claim form.

  • The insurance company will tell you which workshop to go to. They will let you know when the damage has been approved by the insurance company, so that the repair can start.
    Following a collision or accident with another party, the insurance company will establish fault.
  • Bring a copy of the claim report to your referred workshop
  • The cost of the deductible is e-invoiced to Arento, mark the invoice with 7920.
    That cost will be added to your rental invoice.

In case of damage

Glass damage

You will fill out a claim form at the glas workshop, and not at Procteor insurance.
Book your time for repair/change of windshield at Ryds Bilglas or Carglass.

in case of accident

If you have been involved in an accident and need towing of the vehicle, call the Assistancekåren +46 20912912

You need to enlighten them that the vehicle have an insurence at Protector insurence and that it needs to go through the vehicle insurence.

In case of breakdown

In case of emergancy we have an towing agreement. You will of course get an replecement car during the time your car is in service. Below you'll find phonenumber to your car brand.

Service and repair

All off our cars are covered by service and repair agreements. When in need of maintenance your local authorized workshop will carry out the job. The service and repair agreement does not cover consumables between service intervals.

Any damage that is not included in the agreement, you as the renter need to pay.
In the case of an accident, you’ll need to fill out a damage report.

tiers

Winter- and summer tiers as well as seasonal tire change and wheel storage are inclued in the rent cost. Do you need new tiers you can turn to your tiershop or talk to us at Arento.

Alcohol breathalyzer

Your alcohol breathalyzer should be calibrated once a year. When it's time for calibrating/ or service your device will send you an alarm in advance. New mouthpieces can be bought at your closest Draeger webhop.
